3. Business Card (Visiting Card)
4. Vaccination Certificate
5. LOI (as per FORM V39A)
6. Forwarding Letter
7. NOC/ Leave Letter (Only for Private Service holder)
8. Student ID card (Only for Student)
9. Birth Certificate (Only for Child)
10. Copy of Trade License (Only for Business man)
11. Article of Memorandum with Incorporation Certificate (If Limited company- only for Business man)
12. Bank statement for last 6 months. (Only for first time traveler)
